I, Doug Rundell, Commissioner, under the Assessment Act, amend the Electrical Power Corporations Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 217/86, as follows:

Section 2 is amended by striking out "2003" and substituting "2004".

Tower Cost Includes: Foundations, Supply, Freight, Erection, Paint, Warning Lights, Lightning Rods, Cabling, Connection Devices, Contractor's Mark-up, P.S.T. and Owner's Costs.

Tower Cost Excludes: Antennas, Dishes, Reflectors, Radar, Radomes, Communication Buildings, Interconnecting Cable Tray and Cable Bridges.
