OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 7, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 672.38 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , is pleased, effective March 28, 2017, to: (

a) appoint Dr. Philip Mills of Halifax Regional Municipality (Cow Bay), as a member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of three years; (

b) determine the remuneration of Dr. Philip Mills to be at the rate of $75.00 per hour for time spent necessarily attending to his duties as member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board; and (

c) determine that Dr. Philip Mills shall be paid actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred by him in the performance of his duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants.
