Order in Council 897/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1115/2013, dated the 7th day of August 2013, Ginette Cheff was appointed as a member of the Cochrane Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from August 7, 2013;

And

whereas Ginette Cheff has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Cochrane Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Ginette Cheff is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Cochrane Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
