On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Esi Codjoe of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective the later of March 22, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending December 31, 2019.
