OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated December 2, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 151(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), subsections 152(1) and (2) and subsections 153(1) and (2) of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint H. Ramsay Duff of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as Deputy Chair and member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of office of five (5) years, effective January 1, 2003; and (

b) fix the remuneration of H. Ramsay Duff at $200.00 per day for each day he exercises the powers and discharges the duties of the Deputy Chair or $150.00 for each day that he sits as a non-voting member, plus actual and reasonable travelling and other expenses incurred by him in connection with the work of the Board of Directors.
