OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 3, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Angela Davis, made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-485 dated September 30, 1998; and (
b) appoint Angela Davis of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire July 31, 2008.
