B.C. Reg. 293/2009 , deposited December 11, 2009, pursuant to the CARBON TAX ACT [Section 84]. Order in Council 695/2009, approved and ordered December 10, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective September 2, 2009, the Carbon Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg.125/2008, is amended as follows:

(

a) in the Table to

section 17 by striking out item 1, and in item 2 by striking out " During the year beginning July 1, 2009 " and substituting " September 2, 2009 to June 30, 2010" , and

(

b) in the Table to

section 26 by striking out item 1, and in item 2 by striking out " During the year beginning July 1, 2009 " and substituting " September 2, 2009 to June 30, 2010" .
