Order in Council 1231/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Claudine Girault was appointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective May 10, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 962/2017;

And

whereas Claudine Girault tendered her resignation effective February 9, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 962/2017 be revoked effective February 9, 2018.
