OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 19, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appoint of Richard Shaffner as Registrar of Condominiums, effective February 11, 2005; and (

b) appoint Jo-Ann Hamilton as Registrar of Condominiums, effective February 11, 2005.
