OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated May 5, 2022, and pursuant to clause 11(1)(

a) of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2018, the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Nancy MacLellan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a director of the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing June 3, 2022; (

b) appoint Kathleen Trott of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a director of the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing June 3, 2022; and (

c) appoint Karen Oldfield of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a director of the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing June 3, 2022.
