CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Land Surveys Act (Assented to December 17, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Land Surveys Amendment Act, 1982. Rev. Stat. c.L-4,

section amended

Section of The Land Surveys Act is amended by: (

a) repealing clause (c); and (

b) repealing clause (

e) and substituting the following: “minister” “(e) ‘minister’ means the member of the Executive Council to whom for the time being the administration of this Act is assigned”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
