OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 5, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 17A and 25M of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Ernest L. Fage as Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission, Minister of Human Resources and as Minister responsible for the Emergency Management Office; (

b) appoint the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson as Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission, who may be described as the Minister of Human Resources; and (

c) assign responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson, who may be described as the Minister of Emergency Management.
