OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated April 28, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to approve, effective May 24, 2011, a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2011-2012, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,250,000,000.
