OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Seniors, dated March 13, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Seniors entering into an extension to the Inter-Governmental Agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada (formerly Human Resources and Skills Development Canada) concerning the management of the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Seniors Forum Budget, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule A attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
