OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 21, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to, effective on and after June 16, 2015: (
a) revoke Order in Council 92-52 appointing Estelle Theriault as Public Trustee; (
b) revoke Orders in Council 91-1122, 91-1123, 2000-386, 2006-183 and 2007-129 appointing various individuals as acting Public Trustees; (
c) appoint Shannon Ingraham-Christie of Halifax to be Public Trustee; and (
d) fix and determine the salary of Shannon Ingraham-Christie to be in accordance with a salary range equivalent to the Legal Services Pay Plan, MCL 32 in the range of $97,355.96 to $154,552.06 and subject to all applicable enactments, regulations and policies of the Public Service Commission with respect to Legal Services Pay Plan, MCL 32, including applicable MCL Legal Services Pay Plan increases.
