Order in Council 69/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act , Patricia Avery of Sault Ste. Marie be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the District of Algoma Health Unit to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year effective April 1, 2020.
