OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 19, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Dawn Winstanley of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 94-870 dated October 18, 1994 while employed with the Department of Justice; and (

b) appoint C. Dawn Miller of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
