Section 64 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , is pleased to amend the Aquaculture Management Regulations , N.S. Reg. 348/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-339 dated October 26, 2015, to enhance the aquaculture management and environmental regulatory framework in the areas of fish health, environmental monitoring, and containment management measures for marine and land-based aquaculture sites, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 13, 2019.
