OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated April 8, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 179 of
Chapter 23 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Assessment Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the definition of “small-scale residential tourist accommodation establishment” in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 1, 2020.
