OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 30, 1999, pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to transfer, at no charge, surplus furnishings and equipment, as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Upper Clements Wildlife Park Society, of Upper Clements, Annapolis County, and to enter into and carry out such agreements and undertakings and execute and deliver such assignments, bills of sale, chattel mortgages and other instruments and documents as are necessary in connection therewith.
