OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 13, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective July 5, 2022, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada to provide a Public Health Agency of Canada Public Health Officer to work with the Department of Health and Wellness, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
