Order in Council 615/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998 , Maureen Buckley of Unionville be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And Order in Council 1158/2022 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
