OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 27, 2001, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased: (

a) to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 14,000 square feet, situate at New Germany, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to New Germany Building Supplies Limited, a body corporate, having a registered office at Pinehurst, Lunenburg County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $7,000.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $0.50 per square foot by the square footage of the parcel of Crown land as determined by survey; and (

b) to approve the granting of a right of way by the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to Crown land, situate at New Germany, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to New Germany Building Supplies Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Pinehurst, Lunenburg County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $200.00; and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
