OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated March 1, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 25, 26, and 27 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , is pleased to, effective on and after May 31, 2019: (
a) reappoint Denny Morrow of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member and designate him as Chair of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a three-year term, commencing May 31, 2019; (
b) determine that Denny Morrow be remunerated for his service as member and Chair in the amount of $150 per day and that he be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as Chair, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service; (
c) appoint Michael Pothier of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a two-year term, commencing May 31, 2019; (
d) determine that Michael Pothier be remunerated for his service as a member in the amount of $100 per day and that he be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
