Order in Council 1302/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Elizabeth Kirby of Orillia be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, where as Elizabeth Kirby was appointed as a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective March 14, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 400/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 400/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
