Order in Council 702/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Arjan Arenja was reappointed as member of the Council of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective November 4, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1507/2021;

And

whereas Arjan Arenja tendered his resignation effective April 8, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(2)(

b) of the Professional Engineers Act , Order in Council O.C. 1507/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
