OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 9, 2005, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 2.23 acres and 0.3 acre, more or less, situate at or near Card Lake, in the County of Lunenburg, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on Schedules "B" and "B1" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) transfer the Administration and Control of the subject lands to the Department of Natural Resources.
