Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated April 29, 1999, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to release the Province's interest in a light easement located at 1583 Hollis Street, in Halifax, Halifax County, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown on a location sketch in

Schedule "B", both Schedules being attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Southwest Properties Limited of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, at no charge; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to execute such documents and agreements as may be required in connection with this sale and conveyance.
