Order in Council 1560/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

RHEA HOARE of Toronto

be appointed a part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
