B.C. Reg. 24/2003, deposited January 28, 2003, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mines M28/2003, dated January 15, 2003.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and Mines, order that

1 B.C. Reg. 287/88 is amended by adding to

Schedule A:

MINUTE CREEK — Victoria Mining Division, Renfrew Land District

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2 Despite

section 1, a free miner must not locate or record placer claims in the area named in

section 1 for a period of 15 days from the date of deposit of this Regulation with the Registrar of Regulations.

3 Despite

section 2, Bill Hamilton and/or Chris Froats, free miners, may locate or a free miner may locate for Bill Hamilton and/or Chris Froats, placer claims in the area named in

section 1 for a period of 15 days from the date of deposit of this Regulation with the Registrar of Regulations. — R. NEUFELD, Minister of Energy and Mines.
