I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, order that

a) B.C. Reg. 263/93 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Appendix,

(

b) B.C. Reg. 165/94 is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Appendix, and

(

c) B.C. Reg. 163/96 is amended as set out in

section 3 of the attached Appendix.
