Order in Council 935/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas The Niagara Parks Commission (the “ Commission ”) is the owner of lands described in

Schedule “A” (the “ Easement Lands ”);

And

whereas the Commission has agreed to grant an easement to Canadian Niagara Power Inc. (“ CNP ”) over the Easement Lands in perpetuity for the purpose of aerial electrical transmission lines;

Now therefore pursuant to

section 7 of the Niagara Parks Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. N.3, as amended, approval is hereby given to the Commission:

to grant an easement to CNP over the Easement Lands in perpetuity for the purpose of aerial electrical transmission lines; and

to execute such documents as may be necessary for that purpose.
