Order in Council 1998/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1302/2017 the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Russell Powers of Hamilton as part-time member of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of two years beginning on June 28, 2017;

And

whereas he wishes to resign his existing appointment as part-time member and is seeking reappointment as part-time member and designation as Chair of the Niagara Escarpment Commission;

pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act , Order in Council 1302/2017 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
