Section 1 of the Insurance Act,

chapter I-12 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended 1 L’article 1 de la

“Minister” means the Minister of Finance and Treas- ury Board and includes any person designated by the Minister to act on the Minister’s behalf.
