OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the supervision and management of
Part I of Gaming Control Act dated December 4, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 8 and 12 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint C. Sean O'Connor, C.A. as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation for a further term of office commencing January 27, 2002 and not to exceed January 26, 2005; and (
b) appoint C. Sean O'Connor, C.A. as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation.
