Order in Council 979/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas effective June 29, 2018 the Lieutenant Governor in Council has appointed Gergely Orencsak to serve as Deputy Minister of Finance;

Therefore pursuant to

section 1.0.15 of the Financial Administration Act, and despite Order in Council O.C. 1724/2016,

Gergely Orencsak

shall be paid an annual base salary of $330,000.00 during his appointment as Deputy Minister of Finance.
