OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 28, 1999, pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 103 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corrections Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to provide funding for an agreement pursuant to the National Strategy on Community Safety and Crime Prevention for expanding the scope of diversion and alternative measures programs.
