Under the authority of

section 4 of the Limited Partnership Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

The following jurisdictions are designated for the purpose of registration of limited partnerships wishing to register in the province:

British Columbia

Manitoba

New Brunswick

Northwest Territories

Nova Scotia

Ohio

Ontario

Prince Edward Island

Quebec

Saskatchewan

Texas

Yukon

The Order designating the Province of Alberta for the purposes of the registration of limited partnerships, Newfoundland Regulation 269/85, the Order designating the Provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and British Columbia, the Yukon and Northwest Territories and the State of Ohio for the purposes of the registration of limited partnerships, Newfoundland Regulation 118/88, and the Order designating the State of Texas for the purposes of the registration of limited partnerships, Newfoundland Regulation 37/90, are repealed.
