Order in Council 1346/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Chloe Lester was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1094/2022;

And

whereas Chloe Lester tendered her resignation effective July 7, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1094/2022 be revoked effective July 7, 2023.
