B.C. Reg. 44/2009 , deposited March 2, 2009, pursuant

to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 125/2009, approved and

ordered February 27, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that,

effective March 31, 2009, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by repealing item 20 and substituting

the following as indicated:
