OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 29, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada respecting the Drug Treatment Court Funding Program substantially in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
