Order in Council 888/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the City of Hamilton Police Services Board was continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 on April 1, 2024,

Therefore , pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act , 2019,

Robin M.E. St. Jean of Ancaster

be appointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
