OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Environment and Labour dated January 23, 2001, pursuant to subsections 68(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (10) and (11) of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Miriam Regan-MacNeil of Halifax Regional Municipality as an employer representative to the list of persons from which an appeal panel may be designated so that she shall have and shall exercise jurisdiction in respect of any appeal, matter or thing heard before her or commenced by her as a member of a designated appeal panel by virtue of her appointment by Order in Council 1999-35 dated February 3, 1999, effective February 1, 2001, until such time that she completes and/or renders a decision in respect of said appeal, matter or thing; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Miriam Regan-MacNeil at a rate of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each day of attendance to the business of a designated appeal panel referred to in paragraph (
a) at the instruction of the chair of the designated appeal panel, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out her duties for the said appeal panel.
