OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 23, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4B of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective February 23, 2021, to assign responsibility for the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness to the Honourable Iain Rankin, a Member of the Executive Council, by amending Order in Council 2015-267 dated July 30, 2015 to change the reference to the Honourable Stephen McNeil to the Honourable Iain Rankin.
