OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 1, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective March 29, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Advanced Education entering into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $2,510,000.00 in respect of renovations to facilities of the Nova Scotia Community College as set out in the Report and Recommendation.
