OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minster of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 2, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Innovation Corporation Act, is pleased to:
a) authorize the advance to the Nova Scotia First Fund of the Nova Scotia Innovation Corporation ("Innovacorp") and charge to the capital account, special reserve account, or revenue of the Province for any year or years an amount not to exceed Twenty Four Million Dollars ($24,000,000) for the purpose of creating a clean technology fund; and
b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
