An Act to amend The Urban Municipality Act, 1984 (Assented to July 2, 1986) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 459 This Act may be cited as The Urban Municipality Shorttitle Amendment Act, 1986. 2 Clause 275(1)(

d) of The Urban Municipality Act, 1984 is repealed and the following substituted: "(

d) every place of public worship and the land used in connection therewith to a maximum of: (i) 0.81 hectares; or (ii) 10 square metres of land for every one square metre of occupied building space used as a place of public worship; whichever is greater, that is owned by a religious organization, except any portion of that place or of that land that is used as a residence or for any purpose other than a place of public worship". 1 S.S. 1983-84, c.U-11,
