Order in Council 1415/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John Grant was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective September 16, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1251/2022;

And

whereas John Grant tendered his resignation effective October 15, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1251/2022 be revoked effective October 15, 2022.
