Section 81 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to make regulations exempting certain net debt obligations from the application of
Section 77 of the Finance Act, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective August 7, 2012.
