OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Justice dated November 27, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 22 of
Chapter 103 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corrections Act, and
Section 15 of
Chapter 109 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Court Houses and Lockup Houses Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the sharing of health information related to individuals in custody during hospital and interfacility transfers in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from January 1, 2002.
